Back in Purple and Red!
Hey everyone! I know it has been a LONG time since I've done a blog- so many new life changes! Over the last year, I have: written a Galley Delights Cookbook, had a baby, went back to work, changed uniforms (same company- different uniforms), and now, creating a website for Galley Delights and coming back to the blogging world! It has been an absolutely CRAZY year, but I'm so ready to be cooking again! I have also some exciting new partners and opportunities that I can't wait to share later this year! I hope everyone is doing well, and I am excited to share new recipes! I will leave you with this SUPER easy, BBQ chicken wings!
You will need:
1 lb. chicken wings
1 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbl. McCormick's BBQ seasoning (I personally use the hot, but they have a mild version as well).
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Rinse chicken and pat dry. In a medium sized mixing bowl, add wings, EVOO, and seasoning. Mix well. On a baking sheet, line with aluminum foil and parchment paper. Spread wings evenly, and bake for 15-20 minutes, depending on how crispy you like your wings. Let cool, and enjoy with your favorite dipping sauces!
When I pack these on a trip, I put them in aluminum containers and line the bottom with parchment paper. This prevents too much sticking. I bring a small side of sauce and drizzle it over before enjoying!
