Welcome Back!

Yes, I know I have been off of the wagon for several years now. Then, a wonderful reporter from the Washington Post decided to ask me a bunch of questions about my meal prepping for trips. So, I've been working on revamping the site, remodeling the cookbook, and getting back into it! COVID was a really tough time for me, as I'm sure it was for everyone. I had a toddler, a newborn, and I was off from work for 2 years. I had fallen into a deep depression, and didn't feel like there was any way out. So, I've spent the last few years working on myself and my mental health, and I am happy to announce.... I'M BACK! In the last few years we've welcomed our daughter Blair, who is now 3, a new fur baby named Howie, who is 2, and.... we have FINALLY moved to Georgia to be closer to work. It's been a roller coaster, but I have a lot of new recipes and tips for all of you and I can't wait to share. See you soon!
